• Independent Stylists

All braiders and stylists are independent professionals.

Clients are responsible for choosing the stylist whose work matches their desired style.

• Before Service

Discuss your expectations clearly, including:

style, length, thickness, parts, curl type, and color.

• During Service

If something isn’t right, speak up immediately.

Stylists cannot fix concerns after the service is complete.

• Hair Included (If Listed)

Hair provided will match the chosen style.

Custom colors or extra bundles may require additional cost.

• No Refunds

All services require time and skill.

Once completed, services are final.

• Store vs. Stylist

Essence of Natural Beauty is a beauty supply store.

Stylists are independent contractors.

Service feedback should be directed to the stylist.

• Booking = Agreement

By booking, you confirm you understand and accept these terms.
